  • Consultations are always free. Each consultation is a general breakdown of where you are in your planning process. Haven't even started yet? No problem!! Have 90% of the planning done but stuck on your last two vendors? Great, we will make sure you don't leave without some of our recommendations and pricing. We will walk through what you have done and then, if you're comfortable with it, discuss the budget for your event and how we can best keep you within it for your special day. Typically these consultations take about an hour. If you need more time with us that is fine too!

  • When you book the Big City Slickers Package you have Awen Vera at your fingertips 24/7. The same goes for the weekend of your special event. We will be with you from the time you arrive at your venue to set up, until the whole place is cleaned and you're ready to return the keys! We will greet each vendor you have booked and make sure, at all times, they have what they need to succeed. We collaborate with you throughout the set up process to make sure what you have envisioned in your mind comes to life. The setup and decorating process can be a grueling one, we are there so you can relax and take a break. Let us do the heavy lifting, arranging, and placement. We always ask for you to come in and tweak anything so in the end it is just the way YOU like it.

Movin’ On Up To The Eastside

Everyone deserves the wedding day of their dreams. With this package you will get all of the planning, help, and support you need no matter where you are in your planning process.

Have a different event you need help planning?

We offer party planning packages to fit any of your needs. The hourly pricing for these packages varies depending on drive time and hours needed for the event.

 

  • At your request, Awen Vera will come in and set up all of your decor. We stay at your event until the end and take everything down, clean the venue, and make sure everything is the way we found it.

  • We will help you communicate with each of your vendors for this event. Vendors include: bartenders, entertainment, catering, and decor.

  • We will pick up anything and everything you need for your event. We will even drop your rentals off to vendors when your event comes to a close.

  • We will be at your event to greet your guest and vendors if this is preferred by you.

  • Communication for these events takes place during our normal business hours.
